From the vets to the receptionists, we are so glad to have found Mercer Street Veterinary Hospital when we moved into the area. They love Ellie and they treat her so well and I genuinely feel like they care about her treatment. Just all around great experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing a vet in the area.

I had to bring my cat in for an emergency visit after noticing blood in her urine, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the entire team here. From the moment I called that morning to schedule the appointment, every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, genuine, and compassionate. The receptionist at the front desk was welcoming and reassuring during such a stressful moment. Reed (I hope the spelling is correct) who brought us back to the exam room was gentle, patient, and made sure my cat felt comfortable. And the doctor—truly amazing. You could tell she genuinely cared and took her time explaining everything in a way that felt supportive, not rushed. Every person here went above and beyond, and it’s clear they truly love what they do. Their empathy and warmth made a really tough situation so much easier. I’m so thankful for the care they gave to both my cat and to me. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing a trustworthy, compassionate veterinary team.

we took both our kitties here for their annual and dental work. the shy kitty is already so comfortable here. their staff is beyond helpful and and work hard to alleviate any stress that comes with making big decisions for the family. estimates always provided, such an easy process checking in and out with some of the best quality care in Seattle.

Very nice staff. What a great team over at mercer street vet! They were able to help my dogs and get them back in track. I have since gone to another vet with my dogs and realized one thing mercer street is about sales and the bottom line. I went in for som simple vaccinations and spent just under 2k dollars. I recently moved to Seattle and explained this. They took that information and charged me like crazy. Staff is great i feel the management team probably pushes selling unnecessary things. For that soul reason I cannot comfortably come back. In addition the owner/ general managers replies to some of the bad reviews I feel are inappropriate and unprofessional. The owner often sites sepcfic issue with pets or explains situations in the replies that should be kept private. You should add a number or contact email if you want to discuss other wise leave it as is. Again on site staff is stellar and kind.

I brought my new kitten here for his first wellness exam a few weeks ago and had a follow-up today, the staff I’ve met is all so lovely! Bryant is always very helpful and treats my cat the way I imagine he would if it were his own fur baby, and the doctor is always very communicative and helpful!!!

It’s always such a smooth experience coming here for my cat’s annual exams or vaccinations. The clinic is super clean and welcoming. Staff here are very friendly always take time and care to answer absolutely alllllll of my questions and love that super transparent with pricing!

Stevie loves MSVH! She’s seen them for about 3 years now and everyone is so good with her. They helped diagnose her breast cancer last year and gave me resources to find an oncologist. She is in remission now, and we are looking forward to many more years together!

The staff at Mercer Street Vet are always lovely to work with. Pricing is reasonable and their scheduling department is open and flexible. The staff obviously cares for all the animals and people that come through the door. My dog Charley feels calm and loved here.
