Meron was so great helped me out at 4am with my 2018 Tesla was very kind and professional and came to me all the way in Seattle and dropped off in Tacoma !!! He was amazing !! Would definitely do business again with meron !!! God bless him!!

This is a small, one-owner business, and it was honestly enjoyable speaking with him while he worked. Meron is honest, trustworthy, and operates with strong values. On 11/3/2025 at 10:30pm, I called Lion Towing LLC to pick up my truck to tow it 3 miles. Over the phone the guy said $250. I thought that was still pretty pricey but it was my only option. When he had it on the truck, he changed the price to $320. I asked him “why is it more expensive.” He said “it’s farther than I thought”. He ended up popping my tire. He said “that’s not my fault”. He dropped my car off and left.

Meron is a great guy. Never used a tow company before but just his personality will make me use him from now on. Fun to talk to and made the ride enjoyable.

Very helpful. We first called him in the middle of the night, he came quickly and when the boost didn’t work because of our car issues, he towed the vehicle and was very communicative and helpful along the way. Appreciate his assistance!

He was sent through my insurance roadside service. Was very prompt and courteous. Thanks to his help I didn’t need a tow after all! Would recommend using his company if you have a need.
