Great company to work with! I sent pictures through the internet to see if the service I wanted could be done. Awesome communication to get exactly what I wanted. They cut down a 5x7 area rug that i inherited to 4x6. When I brought the rug in, they made sure that I picked the right binding color for the rug. The result is a gorgeous rug for my home that. I am so pleased that they could alter the rug so that it could be kept in the family.

I have relied on DA Burns for in home carpet/ furniture cleaning and to clean area rugs that I take to their plant on Leary Way for over 40 years. Their service and quality of clean is excellent. Most important, is that if I have ever been disappointed with a cleaning or my order was not completely filled . . . one phone call and D A Burns corrected the problem - asap .

We brought our shaggy living room rug to DA Burns to do a cleaning after having used it for a few years. The process to get a quote was very easy over text. They also offered the best deal after shopping around a few other local options. The Leary location is very convenient, clean and open. They’re very efficient (took about 7 days to clean our rug). The employees are all very nice (even when we came is 5 minutes before close to pick up our rug). They even gave us a free bottle of spot cleaner. I will definitely use them for future rug cleaning and furniture cleaning services!

I’m very grateful finding DA Burns! We have a long, narrow living room and needed an area rug cut down to size, with finished edges, to fit in the room. We also needed a matching carpet pad. The people at DA Burns were especially helpful in answering questions and explaining the process. They did an excellent job with our rug, the pricing is more than reasonable and the whole project was completed in less than a week!

My whole house carpet cleaning experience was extremely positive. Bob showed up when I was told he would. He was very pleasant, and thorough. We had placed much of the furniture on carpet sliders, and a few pieces were very heavy (I helped in those cases.) One of our rooms was highly packed with heavy furniture, and he had a great plan to strategically move things to get to all the carpet. As he was wrapping up, I asked if I could add a recliner chair that I had, that had never been cleaned. He added it to the invoice, and again, was very thorough in his cleaning. To top it off, it was very affordable for how much area he covered, and the furniture moved. He even put back on the outdoor spicket cover. I highly recommend DA Burns in Bellevue, WA. DA Burns is an excellent place to have rugs cleaned or repaired. I inherited several beautiful Afghan and Persian rugs from my mother-in-law and DA Burns' care and cleaning of my rugs has been thoughtful and reasonably priced. They also take good care of less valuable rugs that I just like.

Dropped all my outdoor cushions in the fall to be cleaned and stored and just picked them up! So nice to not have to store and clean myself. Tomorrow I am dropping off all the outdoor covers for my furniture for a clean before I store them. Never thought to do this and very reasonably priced.

Always a pleasure working with DA Burns. They are very professional and customer oriented, whether it’s a service person at my home, office staff, or warehouse assistance with drop-off rug cleaning. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a carpet cleaning job well done.
