Finesse Auto Service & Repair

I am very particular where I get my ferrari worked on, but finesse is literally the main shop I go to for work. Not only were they amazing this time in that they custom fabricated brackets to ensure an under panel would fit on my car when the original tabs were gone, but they worked lighting fast! They also got my new tail lights on and new badges on super quick! They even found air bubbles in my tires I didn't even notice and let me know immediately, which I had taken care of by them the same day they let me know. 5 stars is not enough... all 10s across the board! Ferrari, Porsche, AMGs, M cars, whatever you have they are amazing working with. 10/10!

The guys at the front desk are super knowledgeable. They kept me informed about the process and what needed to be addressed on my car. I will continue to go back to Finesse Auto for all my car needs. The experience was like they were working on their own car. There was personal follow up to assure everything was working properly. I felt valued as a current and future customer. They do work on high end cars as well as my 20 plus year old Volkswagon. My car was fixed for a reasonable price. Maybe you could get what you need to have done for a lower price somewhere else but at Finesse you will get superior customer and repair service that you can count on. The waiting room is comfortable and stocked with coffee, tea, water and snacks. A bonus while you wait for quality service and repair.

I am extremely satisfied with the capable and thorough service delivered by Finesse. I took the car in for an oil change and for an all around inspection. They identified some maintenance items that I deferred to complete at a later time. When I came back to have those jobs done, as part of their close out they again did a full inspection and caught a new unrelated issue that would have stranded me and required a tow. Other shops have missed things like this and I had to either take a car right back or worse get a tow. They are clearly incentivizing their tech's to be thorough and to do good work. I will not take my car anywhere else and neither should you!

I took my vehicle here for the first time recently because I had received a coupon in the mail for an oil change. This is the cleanest and most well organized service garage I’ve ever taken any of my vehicles to. The management and staff are very attentive and honest. I was given a tour of their facilities while I waited for the service to be completed on my truck. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle here for all mechanical services in the future. I’ve not experienced better customer service and satisfaction guarantee at any other auto service shop.

Had my sienna lifted and it turned out great! I love the fact that Finesse specializes in super cars but also provides exceptional services to more daily drivers. I went with Finesse because the owner is a regular contributor on various car forums and is constantly providing helpful tips to the community. While I was waiting for them to finish up on my car, Finn the owner, gave me a tour of the facilities and his own car, and provided even more helpful tips on how I can get the most out of my Sienna. 10/10 would recommend!

Professional and reasonable price to replace my timing chain on my 2011 Audi A5 quattro cabriolet. They performed a complimentary assessment and then took my car in that day. Provided a loaner car. Sean Chin was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Took the time a few days later to help me figure out why the instrument panel lighting was not working. Luckily it was a button that I did not know about. Whew!

I cannot recommend Finesse Auto enough. We had a really bad series of bad events which led us to them. They were caring, professional and got the job done. Sean was also really gracious and listened to my novel of a story when I first called. I Highly recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs help with their cars!

Sean Chin goes above and beyond to make sure all your auto repair needs are met. He communicates timely and responds to inquiries promptly. Finesse Auto follows through with what it says it is going to do and treats you like you are a valued customer. I'm very happy I took my VW Passat there!

Team diagnosed my F150 starter issue quickly and made sure everything was clear on the issue. Got me in there Monday morning early and I was out by 10 AM. Courteous, efficient, and really shows customer care is important.

I really appreciated my first visit for an oil change. Free wifi in the waiting room, and a new client special price made it painless, except for the rats nest the helpful technician found and removed from my engine compartment! Thanks guys: )
