His customer service was top-notch, he paid close attention to detail, and he took the time to explain the more technical aspects in a way that actually made sense. What stood out most was his transparency and honesty. In an industry where that can be hard to find, Justin made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. I never felt upsold or pressured… just informed and taken care of. As long as Justin is at Strictly Auto, I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Went to Strictly Auto for a second opinion because Cadillac said I needed $4k worth of repairs. After Misty examined my car she said that most of what Cadillac said needed repair was normal wear and tear. Those items could wait many thousands of miles before needing to be addressed. She showed me all of the issues and educated me on what to look for when it was time to fix. The one item they both agreed on was I needed brakes which Strictly did for $150 less than Cadillac. Taking the time to show me the issues and educate me about my repairs is the difference between a small local shop and the bigger corporate shops. Sorry Cadillac but when it comes time to do the other repairs, Strictly Automotive has earned my trust to do the job when needed.
